Usually messes up orders in some way. Extremely slow and inefficient.
A lot of flies always landing on the donuts and food.
One would think that either of these orders would be easy to accurately complete and/or take less than 45 minutes. However, I can only recall 2 visits where any of my order were correct on the first try and both such occasions were dine-in.
Coffee isn't bad.
I've given this place several chances. Right now, the approx. failure rate for getting my order right is around 80%. Typically, my entire consists of two things: large black coffee and 1 sausage wake up wrap. Every so often, my wife would request for me to pick up a wake up wrap for her as well (usually bacon and egg) - but we gave up on that whole enterprise because apparently having more than type of wake up wrap is too complicated for them.
Went through the drive-thru today to get 3 drinks. The girl on the line was THE SWEETEST( my receipt says her name was Sara C?). Customer service was wonderful &got my order in a very timely manner(for having 3 drinks and 2 had special instructions on them). Drinks were delicious &perfect for this hot day!
This location is always SUPER SLOW! Especially between the hours of when they open and 10am. I'm super frustrated right now because this is a Sunday morning 0822AM and they are still SLOW!
