I always go to Fort Benning's Automotive Center. I actually plan it in my trip agendas. They are professional but one feels like a family member is watching over you. They beat any prices, tires, oil change, head or tail light replacement. The shop is clean. One feels safe, especially since I have been ripped off elsewhere. Convenient.
Shea the attendant here us very friendly with kind auto parts service. No waiting for bays, for fluid changes or other things of your auto projects. I will continue to come back as a DIY. Awesome to have this facility available to Military members etc...
Great facility, tons of lifts and good tool loan program. I wish the mwr would send them more funding though because 8 bucks for the 1st hour and 5 an hour after its kinda steep compared to a few years back. Maybe I'm just cheap but if I'm going to a place like that its probably a bigger job that I don't have all the tools for and going to take me some time. By the time I'm done with a few hours of work, a pro who could do it in an hour for 50 bucks makes more sense. YMMV.
Good service! Pretty nice customer service on the self service side. I have no experience with the mechanics other then a brief conversation. It was a good deal wiyu very reasonable prices! I would highly recommend the skills center to those in need of an auto bay.
