HR needs some help in customer service but other than that, good store, clean, great selection. Good food and vendors are changed often to keep interest. Other than the phones nearly never being answered, it's a good store, I think higher management needs to take a look at the customer service skills of the HR department.

The exchange itself is great too. The PX brand products are cheaper even than walmart and work just as good. I also find that as someone newish to the area it's much easier to navigate than WalMart. The selection of products is great, all the brands I trust my money with are there.
Have been here several times. Did not want to go into Columbus to buy kids school clothes. Had a very difficult time finding correct size uniform for preteen son. Ended up getting small mens sizes that work, but way more expensive options than median price options. Most likely because we PCS'd 3 months after school started.
Love the food court. It has my favorite fast food restaurants all in one place. Only drawback there is the lack of Baja Blast in the soda fountain. But the tables are great, napkin dispensers throughout so you don't have to go back to ask the vendors if you're forgetful like me.
I could do without the kiosks and jewelry store. They may mean well and be trying to sell their product to support themselves, but I feel almost harassed and refuse to make eye contact and give them an opening. I see a PX as a place to grab a few necessities and get out. As it's the only place on post to get things the shopettes don't have I wish I could avoid that experience. That is the biggest downside and the reason I took off a star. It's not a mall. If I wanted to go to one, I'd leave post.
PX Pharmacy used to be a great experience. Now, with the improved system, wait times are on par with the Hospital Pharmacy.
