While the staff is joking about how often they misplace packages, they hand me a box within my mail that's not even mine. Literally the wrong name and box number. They don't sign their own receipts of delivery and they don't check ID; zero accountability. These practices are consistent with each staff member I've worked with since opening my box one month ago. Closing it soon as my mail forwarding hits.

Wouldn't give me a refund on my package, I had to wire money and pay an extra $45 fee to get it sent in time. I will not use UPS anymore
