By far the worst post office you will ever experience. Not only are the workers extremely lazy, but they have no motivation to do any work. If this was a personally own business, I would have no problem because you run it the way you want. But it's not! It's a Post Office. These employees need to be removed.
Slowest, only 1 person present. This should be a convinient place especially for those that work or live on post, but absolutely not. Go off post unless you're willing to stand in a line that is not moving
Dumbfounded at the lack of incompetence by the entire postal service at Fort Benning. I go out of my way not to use them because the post office is always staffed by the same person - and he is always rude, painfully slow and unhelpful. But in his defense, the carriers are even worse. Last week, I tried to get the attention of a carrier for having misdelivered something to our address. I stood about 15 feet from him - shouting to get his attention - and the carrier proceeded to his mail truck without turning once.
Just like every other facility on Fort Benning, there is one employee for the 30 people on their lunch break trying to mail something. Every. Single. Time.
