Lived here for 15 months now and very pleased. They maintain the lawns regularly and if I have any maintenance issues they take care of them right away. I requested to have the pine needles raked up from around the tree in my front yard over my concern that snakes love that environment. They raked them up within 2 days.

This place is nasty and OLD!! The houses are filled with roaches and all kinds of problems with this place. The maintenance crew here are VERY SORRY!! This neighborhood as a whole sucks. No soldier no matter what rank they are deserves to live like this at this place. So until they renovate this whole neighborhood don't even think about this dump!
Worst place to live. We thought we could save some money and moved in one of their 3bdr appartments. Electricity bill was almost $400 all summer long. Can't open most of the windows, many bugs and mice, mold issues. They lie and tell you pest control comes once a month what never happens until you go up to the office and complain non stop about it. Maintenance is a joke too. This place is a horrible rip off! The place is so old and never got maintained, it should get shout down immediately! All they care about is their money! They dont care how people have to live here!
