I had a very poor experience with this salon. The woman began by asking if it's been a few months since I got a pedicure. I told her that I don't often get away to get pedicures, so yes it had been awhile. She replied with "I know, I can tell. I'm just being honest!". I was incredibly offended. She was abnoxious and loud throughout the entire pedicure, and she kept leaving the room. The pedicure lasted an entire 2 hours. She also had a "trainee" cut and paint my nails. I am not usually picky when it comes to the paint, but she was so careless. My nails look terrible. Furthermore, the place claims to be a professional salon, therefore they should not be training someone on site, rather they should already be certified aestheticians. I did not see any certifications, and the head aesthetician seemed clueless as to what she was doing. She did not clean my nails, she used unprofessional, cheap products that had stickers showing they were purchased from TJ MAXX, and the place was incredibly disorganized and dirty. I am so disappointed. I have received much better service and quality from places that cost half the price. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Terrible. The prices are high for no reason because my pedi/mani look like a 2yr old did it. The lady cute my toe nails down too short and claimed it was because of my skin. My mani was a waste of time because there was nothin done to them like a normal mani. Will I go back? Nope . Will I recommend? Nope .
So VERY DISAPPOINTED with this place! My husband booked me a day at the spa for our wedding anniversary today and was not what I was expecting at all!! The lady doing my nails had NO IDEA what she was doing and it was very dirty. The other people in there were loud and so very rude, no chance to even begin to relax. I got so fed up with that lady not knowing how to do my nails that I left immediately. My husband spent $225 and I'm very upset that they didn't even work with me to give me my money back!!! It says on their policies "satisfaction guaranteed" but that is a bold LIE. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE!!! AWFUL AWFUL PLACE!!!!
